Application for the role of Building Technician
I would like to apply for the role of Building Technician which you have advertised in (where) and (when).
I have worked on construction sites since (when – provide some background on what you have been doing). I am interested in the role of building technician as I have been doing a few more duties as part of my role including estimating costs for tenders, talking to suppliers and looking at different products and checking progress and giving my manager updates on sites that I have been working on.
I feel that I have excellent communication skills and a good understanding of health and safety and building regulations. I am an organised person with a logical, problem solving mind who takes responsibility of his/her actions seriously. I have been used to working as part of a wider team but
I am just as happy as working on my own initiative.
I have enclosed my latest CV which details my experiences, should you be interested in my skills please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and CV.
You should amend this letter example as suitable before using it for job applications.
