Dear Sir/Madam,

Application for the role of Bartender

I would like to apply for the role of Bartender which I have recently seen advertised in (where) and (when).

I have done some previous bar work whilst I was at university and I feel that I gained a lot from my time at (where). I would now like a fresh challenge and have recently moved area and I live quite close (or how far away) from your establishment.

Having done some research into your bar and the target market customers I feel that my experience transfers quite nicely and that I would be able to do this role well.

I am a very bubbly and outgoing person. I enjoy talking to and dealing with customers and I am organised and efficient in my work. I like to work as part of a team and environment and always make an effort to get on with my colleagues and work well as a team.

I like the environment of a bar or restaurant and have also had some experience in serving food and snacks to customers and am happy to take on any further responsibility as required.

Please find enclosed my CV which details my skills and experiences. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.
Thank you in advance for reading my CV and Letter.

Yours sincerely
