Please find enclosed my up to date CV for the role of Barristers Clerk which I have seen advertised (where?) and (when?).
I have always had a keen interest in Law and I have a very organised and thorough nature. My role involves preparing documents for court and taking books, robes etc to and from court. I organise the barrister’s diaries, appointments and administration and feel that I am good at multi tasking.
I have got excellent communication skills and on a daily basis, liaise with other solicitors, the courts, clients etc. I am also able to negotiate fees that are payable and request invoices and payments.
I have got a professional attitude and approach to my work and understand the importance of ensuring 100% accuracy in everything I do.
I enjoy working in a law practice and the challenges that this brings. I can work effectively on my own initiative as well as working as part of a bigger team.
Having researched your practice, I feel that I have got some good skills that would be transferable to your company and I would like to continue my career within this area.
If you are interested in my skills and have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
I look forward to hearing from you in due course.
