Cover Letter: Bar Manager
Application for a Bar Manager
I have seen that you are advertising for a Bar Manager at (where) and I would be very interested to apply for this role.
I have had previous experience in bar work and although I have not yet been a Manager I have worked closely as a Supervisor and feel that the experience I have gained allows me to move onto the next level as a Manager.
In my role as Supervisor I have managed the bar in the Managers absence, dealt with stock and ordering, dealt with promotions, provided good customer service, balanced the till and done the banking.
I am an energetic person who loves the hospitality industry and the varying customers that it brings with it. I enjoy building relationships with customers and ensuring they have had a pleasant experience and keep on returning time and time again.
I am organised and efficient, I am happy working shifts and do not have any restrictions on working days.
My administration skills are good as well as my computer skills and I am able to keep detailed records and logs as required.
I have enclosed a copy of my recent CV, should you be interested in my skills please do not hesitate to contact me.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Good luck with writing your job application letter and let us know if you need anything else from us.
