As a Banking Customer Service Adviser you would deal with customers coming into the branch and be able to discuss with them their accounts, opening new accounts, new deals, concerns and issues etc therefore you will need to be an excellent communicator who can relate well to people. You may come from a customer service background to do this role but you will need a good understanding of finance and have a good Maths education standard.

I would like to apply for the role of Banking Customer Service Adviser that I have seen advertised in (where, when).
My background is in Customer Services for over (how long) in (what kind of capacity, industry) and I feel that I am a people person and that I relate to people well. I believe that Customer Service is very important and I feel that my skills are transferable to this role and I am happy to learn anything I need to do about banking, finance etc to improve on my role and position within the bank.
I am computer literate and feel that I pick up new programs and systems quickly. I enjoy talking to people face to face or on the telephone and am able to work as part of a team or on my own initiative.
