As a Banking Customer Service Adviser you would deal with customers coming into the branch and be able to discuss with them their accounts,opening new accounts, new deals, concerns and issues etc therefore you will need to be an excellent communicator who can relate well to people. You may come from a customer service background to do this role but you will need a good understanding of finance and have a good Maths education standard.
