In my role as Banking Assistant, I provide customer services to customers about their accounts or any other enquiries they may have. My responsibilities include:

  • Serving and dealing with customers coming into the branch
  • Booking in customers for appointments to open accounts, looking at new products or services or needing an account review
  • Explaining new products and services to the banks
  • Explaining about a customer’s account
  • Dealing with travel money and insurances etc
  • Ensuring that all monies are banked correctly and the station balances correctly
  • Ensuring that all paperwork logs are kept up to date and are accurate.
