In my role as Banking Assistant, I provide customer services to customers about their accounts or any other enquiries they may have. My responsibilities include:
- Serving and dealing with customers coming into the branch
- Booking in customers for appointments to open accounts, looking at new products or services or needing an account review
- Explaining new products and services to the banks
- Explaining about a customer’s account
- Dealing with travel money and insurances etc
- Ensuring that all monies are banked correctly and the station balances correctly
- Ensuring that all paperwork logs are kept up to date and are accurate.
