If you enjoy finance and figures and want to work as an Assistant Accountant then you could be in for a good long term career. You would work with other fully qualified Accountants in your role to help you learn all about the role. You may have already started to do some Accountancy qualifications leading to ACCA status but if not then this is the route to being professionally qualified.

I have recently seen your advert for an Assistant Accountant in (where) on (when) and I would be very interested to apply for this role.
I have started looking into the qualifications of an Accountant and although I have not yet started I am very keen to begin these and be fully qualified and I would like to do this with a practice like yours where I feel that I could move and learn in.
In my previous roles,I have helped clients to fill in their tax returns and give advice and been involved in forecasting future profits and financial performance of their company. I am now keen to learn other areas of a business and be involved in the client side.
I have excellent communication skills and feel that I build relationships with my clients well. I am very hardworking and dedicated and am looking for an environment where I can have a long term career and move within that company.
